Before COEX bags are printed they are activated on the surface with a Corona electrical charge. (corona discharge at the molecular level changes the outer layer, which leads to improved adhesion of the printing ink) This process is necessary to prevent the ink dried on the bag from peeling off.
Proven activation to 38 DIN ensures quality bags. The 38 DIN activation ensures the bags suitability for printing for up 6 months, and three times longer in the case of high-quality inks.
