Polyethylene packet with double strength stamp handles
This kind of packets is produced from HDPE, LDPE, MDPE and COEX. The handles are in the middle of the upper part of the packet. They are attractive, water-resistant and chemically durable.
These kinds of polyethylene packets are usually used for packaging compact and light goods as the handles do not allow heavy items. However, the carrying capacity of the packets is essentially increased with the help of double strength handles, which are produced by three 3 different ways: cold gluing, hot welding and double strengthening of the bottom collar.
The handle with cold gluing is more precise and absolutely smooth . Hot welding (REITER) increases the carrying capacity of the packet.
By using double strengthening of the bottom collar, the film is folded inside. This method combines both the reliability and durability of the hot welding and the esthetics of the cold gluing. This way, the double strengthened packets are able to hold heavy things together with less deformity.
