Biopolymers are polymers produced by living organisms; in other words, they are polymeric biomolecules. Since they are polymers, biopolymers contain monomeric units that are covalently bonded to form larger structures. There are three main classes of biopolymers, classified according to the monomeric units used and the structure of the biopolymer formed: polynucleotides (RNA and DNA), which are long polymers composed of 13 or more nucleotide monomers; polypeptides, which are short polymers of amino acids; and polysaccharides, which are often linear bonded polymeric carbohydrate structures..
A monomer is a molecule that may bind chemically to other molecules to form a polymer. The term "monomeric protein" may also be used to describe one of the proteins making up a multiprotein complex

Biopolymers are polymers produced by living organisms; in other words, they are polymeric biomolecules. Since they are polymers, biopolymers contain monomeric units that are covalently bonded to form larger structures.

RECYCLING RAW MATERIAL meansreusing material and waste into other uses. It is most widespread in the conversion of materials like glass, paper, plastic aluminum, asphalt, metal etc.

DESIGNING PAPER

The advantages of designed paper are good appearance and the individuality of branded bags. There are various textures of paper and ways of image printing

ADDITIVES TDPA (Totally Degradable Plastic Additives)

These are fully degradable plastic additives which allow usual polymers (which are consisted in their composition) to pass a process of biodegradation without harming the environment. Besides, they are catalysts of a reaction of the carbon destruction in the polymer molecules and the oxidation in the “programmed” period of time.

Polypropylene containers for salads etc.

Containers are used for packing and storing food products and are microwaveable. Containers are stable at all temperatures from -30*C to +120*C.

KRAFT PAPER

The word Kraft is of German origin meaning strength. Kraft paper is a very durable corrugated form of packaging.

The key advantage of corrugated packaging is the high durability against external damage. Sacks, bags, envelopes and many other products can be made from Kraft paper. Not only suitable for food packaging Kraft paper also has industrial uses. An important feature of Kraft paper is air permeability which allows products to breathe and adapt more quickly to fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Kraft paper protects products from early spoiling as it can absorb moisture.

KRAFT BAGS are attractive, durable and ecological. They can be made from bleached, natural or textured paper. Image application is usually made by serigraphy.

Kraft paper is not yet widespread in stores or boutiques which is why they can help your business to be distinguished from others.

RUBBISH SACKS are used to collect, store and utilize all kinds of waste. They are made of polyethylene (HDPE) and (LDPE) film. They are used extensively in everyday life both in the home and in industry.. Rubbish Sacks are produced in rolls or in different size packets. The durability of the sacks depends on the thickness of the film.

DISPOSABLE DINNERWARE - is especially suitable for use in cafes, in the open air, fast food restaurants, picnics and trips out of town.

Disposable dinnerware refers to cups, plates, containers, trays etc.

“T-SHIRT” PACKETS - are one of the most widespread and economic types of packaging which are recommended to supermarkets and food markets. Due to the perfect construction of handles and pleats, compared with other packets, “T-SHIRT” can carry a heavy load. There is a possibility of printing for logos and advertisements.

POLYPROPYLENE PACKETS are used for packing food and many other products. Polypropylene is also called cellophane. There is also a possibility to produce polypropylene packets with a seal and self closing valve together with an aperture for display hanging. This helps products to be shown to advantage as propylene is transparent and the aperture will allow the packed product to be hung in a noticeable place.

COEX PACKETS - are made of film. COEX-word of English origin- co-extrusion.

It’s a multi layered polyethylene which is very durable. Packets can be made in various ways with either loop or die-cut handles. It’s possible to apply any hard level image as well as photo printing.

ZIP-LOCK PACKETS (gripper) have recently becomeespecially popular. Each zip lock is made of high pressure polyethylene and is supplied packed in boxes.

Packets are used to pack loose products, semi-prepared food, fruit and vegetables. They are quite durable and correspond to hygiene standards.

FOOD FILM (PVC)STRETCH FOLEX is a type of PVC packaging film which is also called cling which is self-sticking and breathable. Stretch Film is an important part of modern product packaging. Nicely presented goods on a shelf indicate a manager’s correct choice. The film can be calibrated, pressed and used as a thin 9-micro cover. Perfect optic and hermetic features are suitable both for hand and machine packaging.

PLIKE is an enamel paper like plastic. The feeling of the plastic surface is due to the special composition of the covering. This is modern technology used for making paper packets. The advantage of this new cover is an increased durability of the paper and a pleasant feel. The thickness of the paper can be produced with a wide range from 90*-330 ã/ì2.

PLASTIC PACKETS are something between paper and polyethylene packets which are durable and long lasting. Plastic of different colours are printed by serigraphy. The bottom and handles of all packets are made of cardboard.

FOOD FILM STRETCH /CLING – is a modern material suitable for packing and storing all types of food. Food film is recommended for use in businesses as well as in everyday life as disposable packaging for small short storage date food . The self-sticking feature of the food film makes it easy to use. The basis of the film stretch /cling may be both polyethylene (PE) and polyvinylchloride (PVC). Food film PVC due to its better positive gas permeability (more than films of PE) greatly prolongs the food storage date. Due to all its features PVC film is often called “breathing”. Food film PVC also possesses a higher degree of optic transparency and glossy smoothness with the ability to be quickly restored in its original shape due to a higher mechanical durability and more effective resistance to tearing.

POLYETHYLENE SHRINK FILM is used for multiple packaging of various goods such as jars, bottles, building materials etc. The advantages of shrink film are its light weight low cost. Shrink film protects goods from mechanical damage and the environment. Shrink film is produced from first class high pressure polyethylene (PHP). The shrink temperature may vary from 120*C up to 200*C.

SEAL- is a unique semi disposable product which is designed to show any unauthorized access. Seals are made in a special way so that its removal will be clearly displayed on the material.

PAPER SAUCER TISSUES FOR UNDER CUPS AND GLASSES make the table laying apealing and elegant and help avoid spills on the table and plates. The main colour is white but they can also be produced in different colours to order. There is also the possibility to print a logo if required.

POLYPROPYLENE FILM- is one of the most progressive packaging materials. It is transparent, flexible, mechanically thermo durable and possesses high optic features. It can be used to pack various food products, textile, household and chemical goods, as well as magazines and books. Goods packed in polypropylene film preserve the freshness and orgonoleptic features during the whole warranty period.

POLYETHYLENE PACKETS (HDPE) are made of strong, smooth polyethylene. HDPE packets can be both transparent and colourful. these packets is more stretchy than LDPE products but this does not affect the quality. The thicker polyethylene prolongs its life. It is possible to use up to 8 separate colours on the film (pantone) or combine multi colour printing which will help to solve any design issues. A branded packet is a perfect wayto show your unique advertisement.

POLYETHYLENE PACKETS (LDPE) are durable and not expensive. If you want to have pleasant memories of a shop and to spend a minimum amount on packaging then LDPE packets are just for you.

POLYETHYLENE PACKETS (MDPE) are between HDPE and LDPE. To produce packets of MDPE there are additives of polyethylene granules with various features.

Polyethylene packets with loop handles are available for both HDPE (polyethylene of high pressure) and LDPE (polyethylene of low pressure) packets. Packets have a very presentable look as they are not folded and crushed whilst being carried. They are suitable for applying any advertising. These kind of packets are recommended for department stores where people buy clothes, shoes and souvenirs.

Adhesive tape is a ready gummed film based on polypropylene with a high degree of effectiveness It is used in all kinds of fields and especially for closing heavy corrugated packages (cardboard boxes).

Stretch film polyethylene is a modern packaging material, which consists of linear polyethylene of low durability (LLDPE) and a row of its copolymers. This film can be reversible stretched with a length of up to 280-330%. It sticks to its opposite surface very well but does not stick to other objects. Stretch film is used for individual and group packaging of food products and drinks as well as for their transportation. Stretch film is used for packing other packaging materials for transportation when they are supplied to the producer’s of food, drinks, raw materials etc.
