LDPE bags are made from high-density polyethylene pellets. They are produced by the polymerisation of ethylene (gas) with high temperature and pressure. The process takes place in an autoclave or a tubular reactor which allows LDPE packets to differ in strength and capacity (bags are designed for loads of up to 20 kg).
LDPE bags before printing are a single colour packaging which are stretchy, shiny and smooth.
Prior to printing on LDPE bags, they are surface charged with an electric current to prevent the design from peeling off.
Once activated our LDPE bags are ready for printing. The Printing foils are specially treated by an electrical discharge and always meets 38 DIN standard to ensure the quality of our products.

The basic performance characteristics of activated LDPE packages include:
- Minimum tensile strength and tear resistance.
-Strong resistance to tearing by sharp and pointed objects coupled with long term continuous use.
-Long term non stretch and strength qualities.
- LDPE bags have an attractive appearance and great strength. Due to their dense structure they do not crumple and the designs on them remains bright, fresh and attractive to consumers for a long period of time.
