Disposable lids for paper and plastic cups are used both in fast food restaurants, cafes and other catering places.
Using lids for disposable cups has many advantages. They avoid drinks being spilled, protect from dust, prevent burnt hands from spillage and keep the drink hot for a long time. It’s especially handy to use cups with lids at meetings, conferences, and presentations in order to protect any documentation from possible spills.

There are several types of lids for disposable cups - with a hole for a straw, domed and with a sip.
Standard lids with a hole for a straw are widely used, especially in summer, for cold drinks in fast food restaurants and cafes.
Lids with a sip ( “coffee- to-go“) are also quite widespread. Sip is a special hole on the cover which allows drinking while walking. This cover protects the drink in the cup from dust and helps keep it hot for a longer time.
Domed lids may be with a hole or without. Mostly they are used for juice and cocktails.
All types of lids are made of ecological plastic and are fit tightly to the cups excluding the possibility of leaks.
